|  About Us Edmik Inc. a Certified Minority Business, is ISO 9001:2008 Registered and a member of the Tool & Manufacturing Association. Founded in 1957, we have continually expanded our capabilities and technology to meet the demands of the precision machining market. We can provide services in CNC turning, CNC milling, and CNC routing along with grinding, water jetting, and Wire EDM. We specialize in close tolerance quality machining. Our experienced staff and capabilities allow us to operate as a cost effective, reliable source for metal and plastic machining. Edmik utilizes a variety of leading edge CAD/CAM platforms such as: SolidWorks, Autocad, Surfcam, Mastercam and Esprit, which are capable of supporting multi-axis machining. Edmik is located in northeast Illinois, with an 18,000 sq. ft. modern and fully equipped machining facility. We provide full CAD/CAM support and a dedicated Quality Control department. Edmik offers Design and engineering support, with a complete range of mechanical and electrical expertise. Our knowledgeable and experience staff works on premises, in order to guide you from quote to completed part. Our effective process is cost-efficient. Throughout our working relationship, Edmik ensures the highest degree of confidentiality for all our clients' proprietary parts and projects. Our capabilities exceed the limitations of most machine shop manufacturers. As we continue to expand our operations, Edmik offers: CAD CAM, CNC Machining, Wire EDM Lathe Turning, Welding TIG & Stick, Fabrication, and Surface Grinding. In addition to our standard operations, we also handle custom and specialty requests. We work with clients on invoicing terms that best meet your needs - whether you prefer purchase orders, C.O.D. or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).  |
